About SDRC 2024

This conference is dedicated to enhancing disaster management strategies, promoting community resilience, and developing evidence-based policy recommendations to mitigate the impact of both natural and human-made disasters. Through collaboration and knowledge exchange, SDRC aims to improve disaster preparedness and resilience across our nation significantly. The Somali Disaster Management Agency and the Mogadishu University are proud to announce the first Annual 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝗗𝗥𝗖).
